Pete Dungey has created a clever little culture jamming idea with the creation of Pothole Gardens, a series of public installations that highlight the problems of some of the roads across Britain.

Similar to Guerrila Gardening and Seed Bombs, the idea here is to create something beautiful out of the urban detritus of our world today. With pothole gardens, they obviously highlight the problem with our roads, but in a clever, environmental way.

As one pedestrian put it, “If we planted one of those in every hole, it would be like a forest in the road.”
